Registration and Payment
Payment is not required at time of registration, however...
Slots for the Dash are based on date full payment is received.
1. All registrations and payments will be conducted online. Registration closes on 3-Mar-25
2. This is a team event, however, may be fished solo. Full fees still apply.
3. Payment details can be found on the Payment Page and is also provided following registration
4. Updates to this event are sent via text (if during registration you elect to receive text messages) and posted on FaceBook

Timelines
1. Registration - As noted above
2. Desert Dash IV- 8-9 March 2025
a.
Day One- Lake Mead, Callville Bay
b. Day Two - Lake Mohave, Cottonwood
3. Boat and launch order. Boat numbers and launch order will be conducted via random computer draw. Day two the launch order will be reversed. Boat and launch order will be emailed to team captains (boaters), posted on this site, and posted on FaceBook. Teams will also be issued during the morning check in, (See # 4 below) thier "Team Info Sheet" indicating boat number, flight number, and check in time for each day.
4. Morning check in - All teams must check in day one in order to sign the mandatory waiver, and permit required, sign in sheet. See rules regarding more specifics of the AM check in. Location for the AM check in is the covered area at Cottonwood (Fall Event) and in the covered area at Callville Bay by the store. (Spring Event), beginning at 430AM. Each team will be given a slip identifying their boat number, launch order, and check in for each day (See Below), as well as a ribbon to attach to their trolling motor to identify them as a Dash competitor. (See Encroachment rule). Each team may at this time enter the "Vegas Option" - $20.00; guess the two day winning weight without going over. Lastly, each angler will be given a raffle ticket.

5. Boat Checks- SEE RULES REGARDING BOAT CHECKS AND REQUIRMENTS -
Beginning each day at 430AM. Two personnel will be positioned at the location noted below for each day.
a. Callville - Down the hill
towards the ramp.
b. Cottonwood - At the boat ready area - boat inspectors will be positioned adjacent to the fish cleaning station.
6. Launch and flights- SEE RULES FOR TEAMS THAT ARRIVE LATE. Flights will be reversed for day two.
Day 1
a. Flight One - Boats 1-10 - Safe Light - No later than 700AM
b. Flight Two - Boats 11-20
c. Flight Three - Boats 21-30
d. Flight Four - Boats 31-40
e. Flight Five - Boats 41-50
Day 2
a. Flight One - Boats 50-41 - Safe Light - No later than 645AM
b. Flight Two - Boats 40-31
c. Flight Three - Boats 30-21
d. Flight Four - Boats 20-11
e. Flight Five - Boats 10-1
7. Check In - SEE RULES REGARDING CHECK IN - Each day all boats must be within the tires at each location at the designated check in time. The designated check in boat will be positioned just inside the tires and will have the US Flag attached to the rear boat light.
Day One:
a. Flight One - 3:00 PM
b. Flight Two - 3:15 PM
b. Flight Three - 3:30 PM
b. Flight Four - 3:45 PM
b. Flight Five - 4:00 PM
Day Two: (day two check in times slightly earlier to compensate for raffle and awards)
a. Flight One - 2:30 PM

8. Weigh In - All teams will be issued a weigh in slip each day
a. Day 1, Callville Bay
b. Day Two - Cottonwood - Covered area in the lot by the store - See below.
Weigh in will be conducted using a basket, stabilizer plate, and pro series scale, with a digital display. A live leader board will be displayed with the following information:
a. Boat number weighing in
b. Current weight
c. Leading weight
d. Weight needed to take the lead
e. Big Bag Leader
f. Big Bass leader
g. Big SM leader
h. Boats remaining to weigh in
i. Additional stats
Upon
completion of a team weighing in, they will know instantly what place they are in, any options they are leading, and boats remaining to weigh in.
Note: There will be two aerated tanks at weigh in each day.
9. Raffle and Awards - Beginning at 6PM sharp at the Roadhouse Casino, Searchlight - free raffle will be executed first.
